Location, friendliness and efficiency of staff, the room was well equipped and the beds were comfiortable.
Some more shelf space to place clothing in the bedroom would have been welcome as would a bigger selection of breads and pastries at the breakfast buffet.

The facility was beautiful. Staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant was wonderful with a fun vibe and delicious breakfast. The location was superb for exploring the city.
The room was not ready at 3 due to the late checkout of a previous guest and I had to wait an hour.

Hotel was very centrally situated which was the only plus. Breakfast was fine - nothing to write home about.
Hotel cleaning policy of every second day was a complete shock to us. Why would you stay in a hotel room if it was not cleaned and refreshed daily. I had to arrange with the reception for our coffee to be replenished and our cups to be cleaned. On a 3 night stay - that is unacceptable! Room was small and very basically equipped. Wardrobe only had hanging space, no drawers. A disappointing overall offering.
