The staff absolutely fabulous,bedroom quiet and comfortable,breakfast staff looked after my wife’s request,no fuss just 5 star service.
The ceramic tiles in bathroom very slippery,needs attention or warning.

Place and swimming pool .
Well : as per messages in between the hotel and us , we asked for 2 upper rooms closed together. When we arrived , we got the worst room of the hotel and more : one was full of aunts on the bed .. Of course they changed the room our daughter and she got another worst room .. My question is very simple : is it because we booked via booking ( and they don’t like the commission rate ..?) . I am a genius 3 and this is not acceptable . In order to secure positivity our 3 days stay in this hotel and now I am asking booking a refunding for at least one room !… Unacceptable !
