Obiekt spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Od świetnej obsługi z Panią dyrektor na czele :) po bardzo dobre jedzenie, przepiękne otoczenie,Balijski klimat ect. Miejsce gdzie naprawdę można odpocząć w pięknych okolicznościach bez tłumów turystów.

The pool was sparkling and cool
The location on beachfront was perfect
We stayed beachfront villa, views exceptional
Restaurant had some good variety but would do better to bring more fresh options

Villa, swimming pool, massage, sea view 😍
At dinner, a hair 🤢 was found in my tuna dish. It's horrible. The child ordered fresh watermelon, it was stale, sour. Yesterday's vegetables were served at breakfast 🙈. It's time to change chefs. The restaurant is half the success of the hotel.
I booked a villa for 2 adults and 1 child. When leaving the hotel, we were charged extra money for the child. Even though my booking stated that there would be no extra charge. It is unpleasant.
Decide for yourself. Here you can pay only for the sea view. To be honest, the additional fee was very surprising, given the already high cost. But it shows the hotel's attitude towards customers. And this is the most annoying thing.
