About this house rental
Come and relax in this bright and spacious accommodation, located on the banks of the River Penzé, offering exceptional sea views. It is a haven of peace, ideal for holidays with family or friends, for those seeking nature and tranquillity. It will delight hikers and cyclists: the GR 34 footpath and cycle paths pass behind the house. If you enjoy lazing on the beach, there are beautiful sandy beaches just a 10-minute drive away in Carantec, Saint Pol de Léon, Santec, Roscoff and Cléder.
The villa can accommodate 8 guests
• Ground floor :
you will have a beautiful, bright living space with large bay windows overlooking the sea (magnificent view of the river), featuring:
- a large lounge with a fireplace insert, overlooked by a mezzanine with a smart TV
- a fully equipped kitchen bar (oven, fridge-freezer, gas and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster) opening onto a living room (table with 8 chairs)
- a master bedroom (queen-size bed) with storage cupboard and private bathroom (shower, washbasin, bidet)
- a separate toilet
- a separate washbasin
- a garage with laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer)
• Upstairs: 3 bedrooms
- one twin bedroom with sea view and storage cupboards
- two queen-size bedrooms with storage cupboards, one with sea view
- one large bathroom (two sinks, bath, bidet and toilet)
The bedding is new and of high quality.
• Outside:
- 1 large garden table + 8 chairs
- 1 WEBER barbecue
- 1 parasol
- 2 sun loungers
• Internet (WiFi connection)
• Heating: electric
Bed linen and towels are provided.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rent includes:
- electricity (based on weekly consumption of 90 kWh)
- water (based on weekly consumption of 5 m³)
Meter readings are therefore taken on arrival and departure.
If consumption exceeds these limits, the difference will be charged at a rate of € 0.25/kWh for electricity and € 3.5/m³ for water (2026 rates) and must be paid on departure.
Parties and events likely to cause a nuisance, as well as open invitation gatherings, are not permitted.
Clean and well-behaved pets are exceptionally allowed with prior agreement from the owner.
Other information to note
For babies only : a high chair, travel cot and baby bath can be provided on request when you make your booking.
You can park inside the property (maximum 3 cars).
Cleaning is included in the booking, but you will have everything you need at your disposal if necessary.
Keys will be handed over in person or via a key box system depending on your arrival time.

The view from the house is exceptional, the river fascinated us all daily. The house itself is functional and well placed for a relaxed holiday, you definitely need a car. We didn’t hear any noise for the bridge at all. My only word of warning is to make sure that you have received and read the rental contact before you arrive and are well aware of the potential final charges for water and electricity.Overall a nice stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison entourée d'une magnifique campagne. La vue sur l'eau et le jardin sont incroyables et Madame Delautre nous a reçues avec beaucoup d'attention et de gentillesse. Nous avons hâte de revenir! Merci!

Belle maison située dans un environnement agréable, mais l'équipement de la cuisine n'est pas à la hauteur (four hors d'âge et hotte qui ne fonctionne pas) la salle de bain de l'étage ainsi que la salle de douche de la suite parentale sont à revoir, pas très fonctionnelles.
