Halfway between the center of Crozon and Telgruc sur mer, overlooking the beach and the cove of Aber, overlooking the bay of Douarnenez, a well-maintained detached house from 1989 of approximately 150 m², calm, bright and spacious.
Comprising on the ground floor 1 bedroom and 1 shower room (= master bedroom), a toilet, a large living room with fireplace and kitchen open to the dining room opening onto a terrace and a garden facing south!
Upstairs 4 bedrooms with sea view (Aber beach) with balcony, a large bathroom with bath, shower and wc.
Basement that can accommodate bikes, boards…

And the entire peninsula abounds, on its 110 km of coastline, with caves (over 400!), possible activities in its wilderness such as many hikes (GR34), sliding sports, navigation, diving ... horse riding activities in addition to its many diverse and varied family or wild beaches ...

La maison est grande et fonctionnelle.
Par contre elle n’est pas bien entretenue !
Lavabos bouches, auvent cassé, placards et tiroirs cuisine endommagés.
Un sèche-linge est dans l’annonce ce qui est mensongé !!!
Dommage trop de défauts qui pourraient être corrigés.
