With its 180° sea view, just 50 m from the beach at Sables d'or Les Pins, and less than 5 minutes' walk from the town centre, come and enjoy an exceptional holiday in this magnificent house.
Villa Sterne is a 130 m² house that can accommodate up to 10 people, with a living-dining room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace, a second living room on the garden side, 4 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms and a large garden. Private parking.

Ground floor:
- Living room with sofa, TV, games table or office area, opening onto the garden with a 35m² wooden terrace.
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190 cm
- Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with a 140 x 200 cm double bed below and a single bed above, overlooking the garden.
- Shower room with shower, washbasin and WC
- Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space
First floor:
- Large living room with :
A sitting area facing the sea, with sofa, coffee table and a wood-burning stove that will add warmth to your evenings. Firewood not supplied.
The dining area with its large family table is perfect for convivial meals.
- Fully equipped kitchen, facing the garden: fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nepresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
- Terrace of approx. 8 m² overlooking the garden, accessible from the kitchen, with table and 6 chairs for breakfasts or aperitifs.
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm and 1 raised single bed for a child, garden view
- Master suite: queen-size bed 160 x 200 cm and en-suite bathroom with bath and washbasin
