It’s was super easy to book everything with Stefka, she organised our shuttle to and from the accommodation to Sofia, plus all our ski rental as well. She was super helpful with any recommendations in the town, and was more than happy to help whenever you needed. The accomodation was better than expected and had everything you could need and was in the town with an easy walk to anything you needed. Overall a really enjoyable experience.

The host was very friendly and met us at the accomodation. She was very helpful at explaining information and answering questions on the area and around skiing to make our trip more efficient and enjoyable.
There are drainage issues in the bathrooms meaning the floor floods, there are squeegees provided but its just a minor inconvenience. Some of the drainage also smells meaning you probably want to leave a window a jar in the bathrooms.

The apartment is very big with 2 large rooms (fit for a couple) and 1 room with 2 single beds and an attic with 2 more single beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all needed kitchen accessories.
The living room is very big and comfortable.
The apartment was clean and had a very large water heater so we always had hot water.
There is a nice interior garden outside.
The host was nice and helpful. She speak good English and has good hiking tips.
The apartment is very close to the town center and to a lot of restaurants and shops.
The drain in the showers had problems and the water over flowed. Not a big issue but a bit annoying.
