The location is very close to the gondola, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a stay of a few days. Ivan was available to us throughout the entire stay and was very understanding.
He helped us a lot the day before check-in by messaging us in advance, even before we arrived, and sending us a video showing exactly how to enter the building and get to the apartment door. One impressive thing was that he allowed us to bring our luggage into the room in the morning when we arrived, so we could go to the slopes without any worries. This has never happened to us before at other accommodations (especially since check-in is usually after 2 PM).

The apartment was great, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host Ivan was very friendly and met us on arrival and even gifted us a bottle of wine. It was clean, spacious and we felt at home. The location could not really get much better, you can see the gondola station and main street from the window. There is a supermarket across the road and a Subway.
The hot water doesn't last very long so if there are more than two of you staying you may have to wait between showers. The second double bed is shared with the lounge/kitchen area but that didn't really bother us.
