This property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Issue with the heating was dealt with quickly even on Christmas Day
Unfortunately once inside the property I couldn’t securely lock the door. Felt a bit vulnerable and barricaded myself in. The living room curtains are so sheer that at night you could be seen inside the property from the pavement. Had to solve this by hanging blankets over the curtain pole.

The locality to train station and other amenities were within walking distance. very clean and well presented, and liked the ease of being able to get into the property. When contacting for support they were very helpful.

The positives:
-Great location
-Super comfortable beds ( we slept very well)
-Overall good value for money
-Good WiFi and Netflix
-Well equipped kitchen (except very old pans with Teflon coming off which is a bit unsafe)
The negatives;
- We didn't receive access code for check in as promised. Had to chase the office ( cominucation was good though)
-There was lots of hair in bedsheets when we arrived which was a bit gross
- As someone mentioned in the other review it would be nice to add some more decorative elements like lamp in the living room and curtains in the main bedroom

Warm. Good location. Good design. Towels were a nice touch and plenty of them. Staff arranged temporary parking permit which was handy. Good base for exploring Windsor
A bit of wear and tear that with a bit of care could have made for a more pleasant stay. The main issue was the double bed. The diven base was broken which made it impossible to sleep on. Could not have accommodated 2 sleeps due to the dip in the middle where it was broken. Ended up on the floor with just the mattress. Honestly. I would recommend this place but only if you checked they had replaced the bed. They were very apologetic about it but it was visually obvious on entering the room that the bed was broken.
