Sitting in the heart of Sun River, you will have easy access to resort amenities such as a shared pool, lazy river, game room, and excellent walking/biking paths that can fill days with outdoor fun. There is also a local market and restaurants nearby if you want to stock up on necessities or grab a bite to eat. Come winter, there are plenty of opportunities for tubing and cross-country skiing. When you want to venture out a bit, make your way less than 18 miles north to Bend and spend the day exploring the charming streets of downtown!
There will be no delay in feeling right at home in no time with modern decor throughout, an open layout perfect for entertaining the whole gang, tall vaulted ceilings, hot tub, and a stone fireplace to cozy up beside on chilly winter nights. Come summer, step out to the spacious deck with a glass of wine. Don't worry about the kiddos being bored on vacation either, as the free WiFi and TVs with Netflix, ESPN, and Disney+ will provide more than enough entertainment during downtime spent indoors. Not to mention, hiking clothes and swimsuits can easily be kept clean with a private washer/dryer in the home.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Dishwasher not working, cleanliness of the house not great, not enough garbage bags, not enough dish towels since we had to wash more dishes by hand, dish sponge and brush were old and grungy, kitchen sink rusty, dining table sticky. Great location, good size and layout for our group.

Our 2 families of 4 (8 people total) loved this house. It was spacious enough to fit the 8 of us very comfortably. Our favorite elements:
- The 2 king master bedrooms (2nd one in basement, which was fine)
- Basement area w/ foosball, bunk room, and other bedroom was a place where the 4 kids could hang out and have their own space
- Walking distance to the Village
- A/C for the very hot temps in August kept house cool
- Plenty of bath and hot tub towels so we didn't have to do laundry all the time
- 8 or 9 adults bikes for use (not stated on listing, had to call for this info)
The ONLY slight bummer is the 10am check-out. Pretty early for a week's stay. Emailed Vacasa and still said no.
Overall, great place for a group!
