This comfortable flat, newly refurbished, is situated on the 4th floor (with elevator), consists of a living space of 54 sq. m and includes:
- a nice terrace with a view on the beach,
- a wide and sunny living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed for 1 adult or 2 children,
- two bedrooms with double-beds,
- a very well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher) with a little balcony,
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, fan, roomonitor,
- TV and WIFI,

Very close to the train station (6 min by foot) and the beach (2 min), you will be able to walk to all the places that make Juan-les-Pins famous : the casino (8 min), the Pinède garden full of squirrels (12 min), the Gould Square where the Jazz à Juan Festival is taking place (12 min)… You will also be just nearby all the bars, restaurants and nightclubs that animate the seaside resort. At last, in just 20 min by walk, you will be in the heart of the Old Antibes and could enjoy its Provençal market, the Picasso museum, the harbor…

From the airport (Nice) → 25 min by car or 45 min by transport

Spacious apartment with lots of storage and two terraces. Well equipped kitchen. Two fans provided but could do with more. Excellent location very close to beach, restaurants, shops and train station. Lift was useful. Traffic noise from nearby street meant windows needed to be shut in one bedroom to sleep.
