About this apartment rental

A short distance from a water park, sailing, and more, this family-friendly apartment lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient covered onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and enjoy a short 5-minute walk to Parc Exflora, or easily tackle the quick 5-minute drive to Juan-les-Pins Beach.

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 861-sq-ft apartment, which also features a porch or lanai. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. What we liked: Fabulous apartment with plenty of space and lovely view over the park and sea. It was clean with plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen was well equipped and the rain shower was excellent. The pool was good and the terrasse was large. The owner was flexible and the welcome was good. What to be aware of: The carpark is suitable for a small car like a Clio or Mito but not a bigger one. We arrived in May and the beach was still "in progress" We felt it was a bit far from the centre so you need a car to get anywhere but conveniently situated between Juan Les Pins and Cannes
