In the resort Denia(playa Santa Ana), in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, 5 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Private: natural state property. Terrace, barbecue, barbecue house, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 300 m, café 400 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1.7 km, ferry 1.9 km, sandy beach "Playa de Santa Anna" 5 m. Surf school, sailing school 600 m. Ubicación inmejorable. Menaje de cocina mejorable tanto en calidad como en limpieza como única nota negativa, el resto perfecto!

Lo mejor es, sin duda, la ubicación, justo a pie de playa. La casa está bastante bien, aunque necesita alguna actualización, por ejemplo en la cocina. El precio elevado, tal vez podría ajustarse un poco mas

Reservé la casa para pasar unos días con unos amigos y no han dejado de darme las gracias por la elección. Tener acceso directo a la playa no tiene precio. La casa maravillosa. Un poco antigua la decoración, pero todo impoluto. Hemos disfrutado mucho y estamos deseando repetir. Se lo estamos recomendando a más amigos y familia, porque realmente merece la pena. Han sido unas vacaciones de diez.
