Very friendly welcome from Maria and Xavier, even late evening after 22:30 due to delayed flight. Everything available in the fridge for the next breakfast and much more (Beer, softdrinks, huge selection of fruits, …). Great apartment, air conditioning in every room, all day shade at the outside seeting places (front and back) due to the balcony at the 2nd floor. Walking distance to beach and shopping stores. Clear recommendation! In case we‘ll come back in this area, this will for sure be the place to stay! Thanks Maria and Xavier!

This house was perfect for our family of six. Very spacious and homely with wonderful outside space. Great facilities including very fast WiFi and use of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Javier and Maria were wonderful hosts, thank you so much for everything x

It was an incredible time in Gandia, the house is superb, close to the beach in a quiet area plenty of restaurant, supermarkets,pharmacy etc. I spent a very good time with my wife and kids. I hope next year I can go again. The owners are very attentive and the ratio between quality and price is excellent. So I just can recomend the house.
