This lovely apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern, secure, and quiet residence on Chaussée du Sillon, accommodating up to 3 guests.
Just a few steps from Sillon Beach, leave your car in the private underground parking and enjoy exploring everything on foot.
Cleaning is included in the rental, and 4-star hotel-quality linens are provided (sheets, towels, and kitchen cloths). Your bed will be prepared for your arrival.
It comprises :
- a beautiful living room with open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, etc.
- living room with sofa-bed (the comfort of the sofa-bed is not optimal for adults, rather recommended for a small child), TV, DVD, audio system.- bedroom with double bed (140x200)

A terrace for outdoor dining. The underground car park is secure and private. There is also a shared bike room.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Thanks to its location, you can take advantage of the huge beach at the foot of the flat and go for walks, rollerblade rides or bike rides along the sea wall.
For the water sports of your choice, the surf school is just 800m away.
In fine weather, the sunsets behind the national fort will be yours to take your best photos.

The location was outstanding. Just across the street from the beach and close to the old town. It is also very cute, but the furniture is all IKEA level. Not very sturdy. And while everything looked clean, the bathroom reeked of urine. However, I accidentally booked our stay one night too short and the management company was exceptionally helpful and allowed us to stay an additional night.

L'Echo des Vagues "Amazing location - easy walk to intra muros. You’re basically steps away from the beach.
The place is spacious and had all amenities you could need- we had enough room for a toddler bed (they provided) it was perfect.
All in all I would highly recommend staying here."

L'Echo des Vagues "St Malo is beautiful and well worth a visit.
The flat is in a good location and our welcome from Remi was great.
However, only one set of keys worked to open the gate or front door.
The bedroom window is permanently shut so it was very hot in the bedroom- not helped by polyester sheets and a plastic mattress protector.
there was one toilet roll only and nothing in the store cupboard
The decor in the flat is nice and the lounge is comfortable.
The kitchen is okay.
in the shower although it was clean and tidy generally, the tiles in the shower cubicle are black in the corners and generally in need of some more detailed attention
Overall, given that we paid £1400 for a weeks stay we felt it was not the luxury we had been led to believe in the advert. It was not good value.
However, the complex is in a good location and the gated access feels safe and secure.
There are good cafes and restaurants nearby and the beach is across the road which is great."
