Experience the very best of the Istrian lifestyle and countryside by staying in the authentic Villa Ulika in the small village of Anžići! The renovated stone villa provides the perfect setting for a unique, relaxing holiday for up to 12 people.
Stepping inside the air-conditioned villa, you notice its classic style which is perfectly complemented with modern elements for absolute comfort on holiday. Both the ground floor and the first floor feature a kitchen, dining room set, and living room. Each floor also has 2 traditionally styled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which comes with a hydromassage bathtub, another with a hydromassage shower. The fifth bedroom is on the top floor in the attic.
Apart from the stunning main house, the garden area with a swimming pool and a pool house represents a definite highlight of the property. It is the perfect place to soak in the sun lounging by the pool or in the shade of the olive trees, relaxing in the jacuzzi, or dining out in the open with your favorite people.
The amazing pet-friendly villa is located in Anžići, a quiet village not far from Višnjan, in the midst of the breathtaking Istrian countryside. The village is conveniently near numerous places of interest, so that charming inland towns such as Pazin and Motovun as well as Aquacolors water park and Poreč on the coast are just under 20 km away. It takes less than an hour to reach Pula Airport (53 km), while the Croatian-Slovenian border crossing Dragonja is at a distance of 42 km.

Wir haben mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene + 10 Kinder 16 J. - 2 J.) 2 Wochen Urlaub in der wunderschönen Villa gemacht.
Die Villa und das große Grundstück sind sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet, es wird auf viele Details geachtet, die ganze Anlage ist super sauber.
Die Villa und die gesamte Anlage liegt in einem idyllischen Ort, umgeben von Weinbergen und Olivenplantagen, wer sich abseits vom Massentourismus erholen und runterfahren will, ist hier genau richtig.
Das Grundstück mit dem großen Pool und Jacuzzi (wird mehrmals in der Woche sauber gemacht), Garten, Sport und Spielmöglichkeiten, Tischtennis, und die schöne Terrasse gibt viele Möglichkeiten.
Die Fahrten zum Bäcker (ca.9 Minuten), zum Strand (ca.22 Minuten), zum Lidl, (ca. 20 Minuten) nach Porec (ca.22 Minuten) haben uns nicht gestört.
3x die Woche kommt ein Mobiler Bäcker bis vor die Haustür.
Zu empfehlen ist auch die Pizzeria Borgonja in Visnjan - hier haben wir uns mehrfach Pizza bestellt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, bei Fragen wurde immer schnell regiert und geholfen - TOP.
Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub in einem erstklassigen Haus wünscht - ist hier richtig.
