Breakfast was decent but as we stayed 4 nights and seeing the same breakfast everyday was a monotonous
The toilet was separate without a wash basin so it was very strange and everytime I had to wall from toilet to bathroom to wash my hands
The room was not deep cleaned, and it was only vaccumed and not mopped.
The lights were very dim and it made a bit annoying to see things as its still winters and day light is not enough in the mornings

Friendliness of the reception is outstanding and helps you all the way.
Good view of the tower (closer in person but phone camera is a bit far)
Great fast food options nearby.
Breakfast was goof considering the size of the hotel.
Unsure if there is a parking space available (no reservations) when checking in but it worked due to low season.

Very nice clean property good size room. Very comfortable bed. Nice quiet location in a safe area. Easy access to central Paris with tram 2 mins walk away leading to la defence station where everything accessible. Lovely staff especially Ahmed. Very warm room lovely roof terrace to watch fireworks.
Very noisy in rooms. Could hear doors banging constantly and inconsiderate neighbours shouting through night. Feel staff should have asked then to be more respectful.
The area itself was extremely quiet so no bars restaurants in district. Bath and toilet separate so toilet was a cupboard. Shower rubbish and bath had no plug ?!?
