Great spa facility. Most staff were helpful and friendly. Impressive buildings and grounds.
Pretty constant noise from nearby A12 spoiled the otherwise lovely location and patio areas. Dinner and drinks were rather overpriced.

This is one of my favourite places to visit. Amazing staff. And the hotel and spar are so beautiful

Reception was very friendly Nice big TV in room
Cold shower (probably because I was the very end room and boiler hot water struggles to reach end of hotel) Expensive for what you get. Rang twice about a mobile phone charger left behind, still no reply Never asked about how my stay was when I checked out
