Clean, modern, and nicely designed room; communication in advance was friendly. Check-in contactless (ID via WhatsApp, code, key left outside room). 10-15 min walking distance to the centre (by elevator), 5 min to Blandis Café & Wine Bar and 5 min to Osteria Sotto Le Fonti (both are fabulous).
Extreme street noise. Single-glazed, non-sealed wooden windows and no shutters in a room facing a busy road mean it feels like sleeping with the window wide open next to a motorway – even at night. We were told the traffic is outside the hosts’ control, but the lack of sound insulation is not. After a long hike, it was impossible to sleep, even at 12:30 a.m. Not recommended if you value rest.

Comfy beddings
Very noisy as room next to road with lots cars passing by, especially at night. Shower not clean. When flushing toilet water came out of shower drain for some reason.
