The room had everything we needed, the beds were very comfy, hosts very welcoming and friendly. Overall, a very good experience including a delicious breakfast buffet with fresh homemade cakes. The location is great as near to restaurants, city centre and motorway.

Clean rooms, large bathroom, free parking. Breakfast is okay! Considering the proximity to major roads, it’s very quiet at night. A bit outside the city center, but there’s a bus stop nearby or about a 25-minute walk.

The property would be okay for a one night stay but would need some maintenance improvement. There is mould around the window frames.
The fact that we were not informed that there was no electricity nor water at the property before our arrival. We understand that some faults can be unpredictable but in this case, no electricity nor water were available until later in the evening and even when the water supply was sorted out, no hot water for a shower was available, meaning that we could not shower our 3 yo daughter. I would not recommend this venue to families with children.
