In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Considering its size first of all: 120 m 2 , it can accomodate up to 10 people.
Its five bedrooms and four bathrooms make it the perfect place for happy family or friends reunions .
In addition; our apartment has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay wether it is wifi, hair dryer, electric heating, or Television.
Its open space kitchen is of course perfectly equipped (fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, cutlery, utensils , coffee maker, toaster and kettle) and will allow you to easily prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family .
Located in a typically parisian building, you will love its ceiling mouldings and its interior design , since each room has a very special ambience .
Concerning its location, you will not be disappointed because it is close to many museums, bars or restaurants, while being very well served by public transportation
If you are in search of a different perspective of Paris, the Canal Saint-Martin that is close to our apartment is definitely the place ! It is probably one of the most picturesque district of the capital .
Its banks bordered with chestnut trees and plane trees, its small squares, its locks and its footbridges, its underground vaults, its basins create a particular and poetic atmosphere. The Parisians like to stroll along the banks, picnic by the locks, make a boat trip (much less touristic than the traditionnal cruise on the River Seine) , play bocce (Pétanque) or have a lazy drink at one of its numerous cafés

Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.

The flat and location met all our needs very comfortably. It would have been nice to know in advance that where you pick up the set of keys is not at the reception office or the flat, but at a third location. Having more than one set of keys for a party of ten would have made our stay more enjoyable. All bedrooms had working portable fans and heaters to manage temperature. Upon arrival, we notice some items needed to be addressed for future guests (a broken plate and missing light bulbs throughout). It would be helpful to know where to dispose of trash from the flat. One of the four bathrooms did not have a toilet as advertised. Overall, we had a great stay at this location and would consider staying again on our next visit to Paris.
