Maison Galante's apartments with Services in La Madeleine - Opéra

I was previously in another apartment in the same place and changed rooms as i extended my stay. When i booked i made sure that the Apartment had a washing machine as i was on a long stay. However when i moved room, still paying for the same size room, i did not find a washing machine in this one.

Centraal gelegen, schoon en een erg mooi appartement.

Het is op de vijfde verdieping. Wel er kleine lift aanwezig. Het aanwezige keukengerei is erg beperkt.

Great location and safe area. everything needed is within easy reach in the area.

In my booking I was given an acess code & floor 1 but no building number. However on arrival there are 2 buildings A&B. Appt number was not given. I rang the concierge door. he did not answer at all.So i had to put my code on all doors in both buildings to finally get access to an appt. I stayed in Appt 12 on the road side. Every morning between 04h00and 04h30 there are lots of delivery noises to the hotel next door. Windows are not sound proof. There are no hooks to keep towels anywhere. we had to keep ours on doors in the bathroom/toilet/kitchen..No place to hang jackets. Furniture linings are very dirty even kitchen drawers linings full with accumulated dust over years. I sent a photo of the accumulated dirt on the drawers and was promised it would be cleaned but never did. so to avoid eating dust,we had to wash all our cups n dishes before using them.There are hanging lamps over the lounge table which are so low that everytime u sit on the wall bench, your head hits the glass lamps and if they break your €800 guarantee is charged?
