Idyllic and quiet holiday home for 6-8 people - located directly on the edge of the forest with a cosy seating area in the forest - 2 bedrooms with double bed and washbasin, one bedroom has another TV and guest toilet en suite - 1 bedroom with two single beds and washbasin - kitchenette with dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils - living room with open fireplace, large flat screen TV and Blue Ray, as well as a large convertible and cosy sofa bed, so that if necessary 2 more people (maximum 8 people) could sleep in the house - shower room with WC - large barbecue fireplace in the outdoor area - approx. 400 metres to the beach of the bathing lake. Furthermore, children's play equipment such as children's and youth bicycles, 2 Kettcar, pedal tractor, tricycles, badminton, balls etc. are available in the house and can be used free of charge at your own risk. Family friendliness is still written in capital letters here. Ideal for families and those seeking peace and quiet! (Minimum rental period = 3 nights)Firewood is sufficiently available and can be used for a flat rate if required. The holiday home is located in the holiday park "Silbersee", in the middle of Germany, only 40 minutes by car south of Kassel. Via the A 7 motorway, exit Homberg (Efze), continue on the B 323 and the B 254 to the Frielendorf Nord exit and you will reach the holiday village after 1 km, which is located on the approx. 10,000 m² "Silbersee" bathing lake. The holiday village is surrounded by extensive forests, which are ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The park offers a range of leisure activities such as a modern climbing park, large indoor play paradise, wellness paradise (indoor pool), miniature railway, all-weather toboggan run, petting zoo, archery, minigolf, skating and bowling alley, football, tennis and basketball courts, adventure playgrounds and much more.The Silbersee itself is of course also ideal for swimming with its own bathing beach. A baby bathing beach has also been created for the little ones, which is ideal for safe splashing around. You can also buy a fishing licence or go boating on site.
The holiday home is located on a 700 m², quietly situated corner plot and is therefore protected from prying eyes, so that privacy is guaranteed. The property extends into the neighbouring forest, which can ideally be used as an "adventure forest" for children. In the forest there is a corner group belonging to the house, where it is very pleasant to linger in the heat, especially due to the shade provided by the trees. It is also very idyllic to have your daily meals there. The holiday home also includes 8 garden chairs with 2 matching tables and a wooden seating table group for 6 people. There are also 4 sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing on the very large property. Due to the location and the directly neighbouring forest, you can maintain your "privacy" here. There is also a brick-built outdoor barbecue. Furthermore, a private car parking space has been created directly at the house and the terrace has been generously redesigned so that a ground-level entrance to the house has also been created
The holiday home has a total size of 75 m² and is divided into 3 levels. You enter the open-plan living and dining area via a hallway. The living room has a sofa bed, three comfortable armchairs, a table, footstools, a large flat-screen TV and Blu Ray player, a large, solid brick fireplace that can be lit at any time if required and creates a cosy atmosphere with its crackling fire. Sufficient firewood is available and can be used if required for a flat rate per stay. The sofa bed can be easily converted into a double bed so that up to 8 people can sleep in the house. Adjacent to this is the dining area with a cosy, spacious seating area. A small staircase leads to the gallery, where you will find the fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer, crockery etc., with adjoining seating area for up to 4 people. Next to it is the shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. On the same floor is the first bedroom with a double bed and its own flat-screen TV. From here you can also access a separate toilet room with washbasin and WC. The rustic wooden staircase leads to the top floor, where there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds and its own washbasin.
