He showed us to our room, which did not have a shower (apparently, only one room lacks this feature). Given that only two rooms were booked that night, we’re not sure why we were assigned that particular one. After requesting a different room, we were moved to another one, which looked quite nice at first. However, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow onto the wooden floor, and the basin drains were also clogged.
Additionally, there was no mosquito spray in the room, despite the staff mentioning that there should have been. We really struggled with the mosquitoes, even though the air conditioning was on.
We were also woken up early due to heavy traffic noise, which wasn’t ideal.
For breakfast, I requested to eat at 7:30 AM, which was confirmed. However, when I arrived, breakfast was not ready. While making coffee, I discovered that the milk frother still contained old milk from the previous day—not a great sign.
Overall, we had a poor experience. The venue itself is decent, but the stay was disappointing due to the issues mentioned above.
