The house is spectacular. Perfectly maintained, comfortable. In a lovely neighborhood not far from Will Rogers State Beach. The owner, Trent, is uber-helpful, always available to answer questions.
I rented the home for out of town family coming in for Thanksgiving, and the 8 of them were very happy, from the 5 year old to the 80 year old. Can't recommend it more highly.

We had an amazing stay at this gem of a home! Thank you to Trent and your team for making us feel at home. When we couldn’t find a ball pump for the basketball they brought us a new basketball. The kids were thrilled. The neighborhood cannot be beat! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Our stay couldn’t have been better! The house is beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed! It was perfect for us and our 3-year-old son. The house is on an incredible street with friendly people. The location is fabulous! You’re so close to the beach and so many other things. The backyard is just as lovely as the inside of the house, with a separate outdoor play area for kids. Overall, our stay was perfect and the host was incredibly gracious and communicative. Anyone who rents this house found a true gem!
