-Free street parking (not so hard to find a spot)

-40 min walk to Santa Monica pier
-1 min walk to the ocean

Perfect area, lite more ”offside” in Santa Monica which gave us a lot of opportunities to park our car on the street (easy to find a spot), also so easy to go EVERYWHERE by car. So close to the beach, very nice kitchen which gave us a lot of opportunities to cook our own meals, washing machine and dryer in the apartment was super nice before we went back home after 3 weeks in US :)
We missed a broom or dustpan to get rid of the sand from the beach :)
Kinda low pressure in the shower but it worked!

We liked that we were able to walk to the beach and that it had a kitchen.
The property is directly across from a club and a very busy street, which did not make for a good night of sleep. Also, there was not enough cookware and there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom.
