About this house rental

A short distance from kayaking, birdwatching, and more, this family-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 31-minute drive to Chateaux de la Loire or the 4-minute drive to Château de Nitray (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return to this 2153-sq-ft vacation home, you can unwind by the heated pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and stereo.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a living room, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And thanks to the washer and dryer, you'll even be able to travel light.

This is a fabulous holiday cottage, peaceful but accessible and with everything you need for a lovely holiday. There was amle room for a family of 6, includidng 3 adult children The cottage itself is fabulous - downstairs there are two seating areas, a master bedroom with ensuite, main bathroom, toilet, and a kitchen. There are two further bedrooms upstairs, one ensuite with a shower, and a separate toilet. The kitchen has everything you could need and more, lots of utensils, pots, pans, bowls, cutlery, glasses, and enough plates to cater for a full house. There is a gas cooker with oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer (Brand new when we stayed). There is one large table inside another on the patio just outside the back door and a decking area up by the pool, with tables and chairs, stored in the pool house, but are simple enough to move. There is also a large barbecue area.The pool is immaculate and a great size.The cottage is in a rural setting, but there is a huge amount to do nearby with Chateaux that are loaded with history, and those loaded with Wine, if you are into Wine, I highly recommend the Caves Cathelineau.The hosts are so welcoming and helpful, they will happily provide you with a list of recommended places; all the ones we tried were great.Our only regret was not staying longer, we loved our time here and would have no hesitation in booking again
