There's convenient covered onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 3-minute walk to Jardin de Berchigranges or the 9-minute walk to Gérardmer Casino.

The apartment was very nice. It was spacious and stylish. The location is very central, a short walk to the centre, bus stop etc. We felt very welcome by Yusuf, who showed us the house. The communication with the house owner was a bit hard. We did not know that there would be additional cleaning cost, bedlinnen rental and a deposit that needed to be payed in cash (1000 euros). Communication about this was not really clear and easy. While the apartment is nice, ventilation is not really great. In the advertisement it is not clear that the readingroom is not a separate room, it is connected to the open kitchen and living room.

Superbe appartement en rdc situé à 2 pas du centre ville et du lac. Il est 100% pmr. Décoré avec goût, nous avons passé un séjour fantastique avec nos enfants et amis. Nous le recommandons vivement ! Le petit plus est le sauna en fin de journée.

Die Innenausstattung des Objekts ist sehr gut und modern, alles sehr gepflegt. Von außen sieht das Objekt nicht gerade einladend aus. Außerdem möchte ich mitteilen, dass wir explizit ein Ferienhaus gebucht haben. Das Objekt in Geradmer ist aber eigentlich eine Ferienwohnung, da obendrüber Leute wohnen, und man das Haus nicht für sich alleine hat. Es war enttäuschend für uns. Sie sollten unbedingt die Ausschreibung ändern. Schlüsselübergabe ect war perfekt. Bitte schreiben Sie das Objekt künftig als Appartement aus um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden.
