This old farmhouse, completely renovated, offers a good capacity for the large "tribes" cot available. The house divided into 3 spacious levels, comfortable and individual, allows you to spend a family vacation while respecting everyone's privacy; A private space on the ground floor as well as on the 1st floor with a panoramic terrace, and on the 2nd floor, the large living room allowing you to get together for meals together. The house faces south, beautiful sunshine allowing you to take advantage of the 3000m² of land, the large terrace and garden furniture. Very practical additional asset, private parking for 8 cars. You will also appreciate the calm setting, withdrawn without being isolated, offering a clear view of the mountains, a change of scenery guaranteed. As you can see, this pretty house called "Les Volets Verts" is the ideal place for a great vacation, summer and winter. Near lakes, ponds, the surrounding forest, from the house, there are marked walks on foot, by mountain bike, snowshoes or cross-country skiing. Although located in the heart of the forest, the house is not far from the shops (1 km from the village center and 5 km from Gérardmer). Finally, in winter for ski lovers, the exceptional location of the house in the center of the 3 main Vosges resorts: GERARDMER, LA BRESSE and LE POLI, is an additional asset (access to Gérardmer slopes 8 km, La Bresse slopes 8 km and Le Poli 1 km). L'accueil est convivial.
Le logement, idéalement placé (endroit calme à proximité du lac) est spacieux, fonctionnel et familial.
L'extérieur est idéal pour partager un week-end avec ses proches.

Wir waren 16 Personen und hatten alle 3 Wohnungen gemietet. Der Garten ist sehr groß und schön und die Kinder waren gerne im angrenzenden Wald. Einen super Ausblick abends beim grillen inklusive.

tout est super bien pensée ,décoration soignée ,endroit très propre et bien entretenue ,le contact avec les propriétaires était excellent ,rien a redire tout est parfait ,on reviendra!
