Villa Magdalena accommodates 14–17 guests across 7 bedrooms, with 4 sea-facing bedrooms offering stunning sea views directly from the beds. The open space ground floor features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a billiard table room, perfect for evening entertainment.
Large glass doors in the living area lead to the main terrace and swimming pool. Additional amenities on the ground floor include a small gym, a laundry room, a guest toilet, and a large double bedroom with an extra sofa and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
A wooden staircase takes you to the first floor, which houses 6 additional double bedrooms. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share one bathroom, while the other bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms.

We were a group of 10 people staying in this fantastic house for a week in June. The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach—and the setting is peaceful and relaxing.
The host was very accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily, which was a pleasant surprise.
Since the nearest shops and restaurants are a few kilometers away, we recommend renting a car to get around easily. That said, there's a lovely beach bar just next door that serves some of the best pizza we’ve ever had!
A nice bonus is that the neighbor produces and sells wine and olive oil. We particularly enjoyed the olive oil—delicious and full of flavor.
Low prices if you shop and make the food yourself, but restaurant prices were a little higher than expected. Still: we all loved it!!!

Spent a week here with a group of friends and it couldn’t have been better. The place has that effortless charm — super clean, spacious, and just made for lounging around and enjoying life. Whether we were grilling outside, watching the sunset, or just hanging by the pool, everything felt easy and relaxed. Great setup for a group. Loved every minute of it.

We had an unforgettable holiday as two families with kids — the house was a dream. The beach is literally steps away, and that made everything so easy with the little ones. The kids played for hours while we relaxed on the terrace with a view that never got old. The house had plenty of space, cozy bedrooms, and all the practical things we needed. It’s peaceful, safe, and just beautiful. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The house is lovely, spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are nice. Well equipped kitchen, lots of bathrooms, very good aircon (it was very hot outside!) comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Big TV to watch Euro finals! The location by the water is superb. Pool table well used by my party. Sanja was really helpful before and during the holiday. Responded really quickly and helped us book a lovely boat trip and restaurants. Great place to stay! Highly recommend
