Ground floor: dining room with small lounge and kitchen area, terracotta tiles and fireplace. A bedroom (140 bed) with open bathroom. Laundry room, WC. 1st floor: bright living room with exposed beams. Bathroom with shower and bath. WC. 2nd floor: large bedroom with a 140cm bed and two 90cm beds, toilet area with WC and wooden bathtub. Garden of 2600 m² with fruit trees and swing. Large terrace offering a beautiful view of the valley. Oil and wood central heating included (1 cubic meter offered). Sheets and cleaning included. Very nice view of the countryside and the castle. Located in the birthplace of Jean-Marc Brocard, it now belongs to the estate.

Beautiful location with a ruined chateau on the hill above the house. In the evening Charolais cows grazed along the back fence. The interior is very nice. When we stayed there the drier did not work and one the three toilets was not useable, but the kitchen was nice and there was an elegant living room on the first floor. The location is wonderful, about equidistant from Beaune and Dijon. You will need a car. We had some difficulty finding the house because the address was not listed anywhere. We also had some difficulty getting the code for the lock box and we couldn’t get into the house right away. Overall, it was great and I would stay there again.
