About this house rental
La Grange is a beautifully restored barn located in a quiet and private cul de sac in the village of Saint Prix Les Arnay overlooking the peaceful Auxois countryside.
The property has been tastefully restored to a high standart with exposed beams and wall supports.
The living room opens on to a terrace and garden through a large bay window. The kitchen also opens on to another terrace.
The living area consists of comfortable armchairs placed around a wood burning stove with transparent front window to enjoy the view on the fire.The dining area has a table and chairs suitable for 8 persons and a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and high stools.
There are three bedrooms all having en-suite bathrooms and one has a bath tub and shower. Bed linen and towels are all provided.
Outdoor furniture is provided to enjoy the terrasses and garden.
The house is cool in the sulmer and super warm in the winter time thanks to a geothermic heating system.
This holiday home has been equipped to provide every possibility for a truly memorable experience in the quiet French countryside of Burgundy. It can be used as a base for further exploration of the area or just a place to relax and meditate.

We were very warmly welcomed by Marie and William who gave us lots of ideas for visiting the region. Their holiday home is very spacious and well equiped, as and corresponds with the pictures. We stayed for one week together with our three young adult children and we all had a relaxing wonderful time!

Sejour en famille ! Avons apprécié les salles de bain dans chaque chambre. Volumes très intéressants côté séjour et cuisine. Semaine tres ensoleillée... attention aux parasols ! Un seul était réellement en bon état... sinon rien à redire... nous avons aussi apprécié le calme. A retenir pour un prochain séjour familial !

Nous avons logé plus d'une semain dans la belle maison de Marie et William à Saint Pris lès Arnay. Dans la maison tout le comfort est là. Un petit point d'attention, dans un des trois chambres de bains il y a un odeur desagréable.
La region est très calme, très rural et magnifique (pas loin, de Beaune, d'Autun, du Morvan).
Vous trouvez les magasins et commerces et bon restaurant 'Le Café du Nord) à Arnay Le Duc (une petite ville chamrmante).
Très agréable étatit aussi que tout les accords avec Marie et William ont été remplis.
Une expérience magnifique. Et fortement recommandé.
