The open living, kitchen, dining area is the home’s hub. There is plenty of room in the large kitchen to prepare meals as a group or visit with your chef from the bar. Enjoy the gas grill and bistro table on the deck off the kitchen, and plenty of seating inside at the large dining table. The living area has a wide window seat (perfect for reading and afternoon naps), gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV equipped with Roku and Sling TV. The loft up the spiral staircase is a great space to work a puzzle, lay out a yoga mat, or utilize as a secondary TV viewing area.
Silvermist has three bedrooms. The Primary with a king bed, private deck and en suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom also with a king. Third bedroom with a double/ twin bunk bed. The second and third bedrooms both open up to a very large, shared deck with meadow views – an excellent place for stargazing on clear nights! Linens are provided in the home. A hot tub is available for guests.

Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.

Silver Mist is in a nice location closer to the Gualala side of Sea Ranch but it doesn't have a view. The house was spacious and clean but feels on the older side, meaning hasn't been renovated in a long time. The lighting is odd, like the kitchen has basically flood lights in there so it's either blinding or dark. Some lights have dimmers. It is not well stocked. I've never been to a rental that didn't have the basics, like oil or vinegar. If you plan on cooking, bring all of your ingredients, they only supply you with salt. They also ask that you start a load of laundry when you leave but they don't supply you with detergent. That means most guests are likely washing the towels with no detergent.They have a hot tub which was nice. Usually I prefer a view from the hot tub but we went in the winter during a storm so it was nice to have it walled in so that it wasn't windy. The rental agency employees are great.
