Kleines Appartement mit zwei Zimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche mit Couch und Balkon.
Kleines Badezimmer mit einer Dusche.
Ausstattung sehr Basic und manche Dinge funktionieren auch nicht! z.B der Wasserkocher, eine Nachtischlampe, …
Die Handtücher sind bereits sehr gebraucht worden und gehören ersetzt!
Kein Fliegengitter an Fenstern.
Der Balkon ist zum Hinterhof, der sehr stark verschmutzt und vernachlässigt worden ist!!! Der Ausblick ist unschön, sogar eklig!

The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable — exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent, close to the city center, and the self check-in process was smooth and easy. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, which made the stay even better.

The location is convenient, as it’s close to the city center.
The apartment is located on a very busy and noisy boulevard, which made it difficult to relax. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke—likely from previous occupants. Regular odor removal and air refreshing (e.g., with an ozone generator) would greatly improve the experience.
The walls were dirty and showed signs of neglect. The entryway floor was worn and greyish, not clean and bright as shown in the photos. Overall, there’s a significant discrepancy between the presentation pictures and the actual condition of the apartment.
The marble staircase leading to the apartment is also in poor condition. The filler paste used between the marble slabs was poorly applied, leaving visible smears and diminishing the overall look.
Additionally, no slippers were provided, which was inconvenient given the general cleanliness issues.
