The hotel is beautifully designed, surrounded by nature, and offers a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and feel both luxurious and authentic. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay.
The only small point would be the internet connection, which could be improved. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Bali. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay; they were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed.
The food was truly delicious, with a great variety and high quality in every meal.
What made this place extra special was the warm, personal atmosphere. The team made us feel cared for and valued, creating a perfect balance between comfort and excellent service.

Great overall experience. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the restaurant was excellent. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing.
The first room had a noticeable mold smell. The team changed my room after I reported it, which I appreciated, but ideally this room shouldn’t have been assigned in the first place when better rooms were available.
