It was close to where I needed to be but I wouldn't book it again. Even though the landlord moved me on the 3rd day of my stay due to the issues with the sink to a bigger more spacious apartment.
The property needs to be updated and given a complete overhaul. On the surface it looked ok but the TV didnt work properly, and instructions need to be left so people know how to work it. The pipes under the sink needed fixing as all the waste was going into a bucket. I made the landlord aware and this was being fixed. The toilet seat was broken. If you are going to have a kitchen it needs more utensils / more than 1 frying pan / tea towels / a toaster / people that book kitchen facilities do so as they want to use it! .... and make sure everything is clean and tidy and working. The heating also needs instructions on how to operate it. This property is also right next to a main road so if you are a light sleeper take earplugs,
