About this house rental
A very beautiful traditional farm dating back to the 17th and 18th century. The farm was renovated in 2000. It has all modern conveniences and appliances, fully equipped. The house is found in a small ham of 2 houses deep inside the country side. It is surrounded by a private garden of 5000m2, and by fields and mowns where race horses or cows graze. It is an ideal spot for relaxing holidays, and also a central starting point for all journeys to Mont Saint Michel Saint Malô the Cotentin, and even the debarkment beaches. The best beaches are at about 8 to 10 kms. Supermarkets, pharmacy, church, gas station etc. are found at 3kms. The place is ideal for a family with children. We also accept pets, however, while the first pet is free of charge, we charge 10 euros/week for the next pets to compensate for minor devastations in the garden and vegetables. The cleaning fees are of 50 euros.
Following a few comments by our guests we have purchased a larger TV screen (see photos), we have equipped the terrace with an outdoor lamp, and chopped off a few trees and bushes (yes, two guests complained that there were too many trees!). We always take into account any reasonable comment.

Very nice old stone house in a remote typical landscape. Nevertheless everything can be reached easily with a car.

Charmante propriété située sur un magnifique terrain vaste et diversifié. Un havre de paix entre baie et bocage non loin des plages et des commerces, tenu par un propriétaire sympathique et discret. Nous avons passé une très chouette semaine dans ce gite rustique et confortable. A refaire

coins tranquille , gite bien équipé ,vraiment idéale pour les animaux .Mais inconvénient suite au voisinage qui on fait intervenir une pelleteuse pour des travaux pendant 2 jours un peu bruyant
