Ideally located in the heart of Romantic Brittany, halfway between Rennes and Saint-Malo, and close to Dinan, Les Petites rives de la Motte is the perfect starting point to discover this beautiful region. Just 10 minutes from Dinan, 20 minutes from Rennes and Saint-Malo, and 40 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, you will have quick access to many local attractions: the Bourbansais Zoo (3 min), Cobac Parc (10 min), and the Grand Aquarium (20 min).
The Fale Lua house, with a surface area of 70 m², can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby. It includes a fitted kitchen of 17 m², a spacious living room of 13 m² with a sofa, a bathroom with WC, as well as a large covered terrace of 60 m². Upstairs, two adjoining bedrooms: the first of 17 m² has a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), while the second bedroom, of 20 m², is equipped with a double bed (160 cm), a single bed and a baby bed with bars.
A 10 m² cellar, adjoining the house, includes a washing machine and offers ideal storage space for your bikes, fishing equipment or other belongings.
Small clarification: When you arrive, the beds will be made. You will only have to bring your own towels.
You can also enjoy the outdoors: relax on the deckchairs in the shade of the walnut trees or under the covered terrace, while your children have fun on the playground equipped with a climbing wall, a swing and a slide. Fancy some friendly moments? You can have a barbecue or picnic by the pond, while trying a spot of fishing (respecting the no-kill practice)!
It is also possible to rent two other gîtes on the property: the Fale Tolu for 6 people and the Fale Tahi for 10 people.
