About this house rental

A short distance from sledding, sailing, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. With convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 17-minute drive to Lake Orta or the 23-minute drive to Sesia Valley.

After you return, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. When you come inside, connect to the free WiFi or get cozy in front of the cable/satellite TV (video library available). There's also a DVD player, a stereo, and a music library for your enjoyment.

A living room, a fireplace, a desk, and a printer are featured at this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Notre sejour s'est tres bien passe - lac D'Orta est magnifique et calme ... nous en avons bien profite. La maison est propre et charmante.. un peu rustique mais confortable ( surtout les lits). Le jardin et la terrace sont vraiment sympa pr en profiter en famille. La maison est bien equipee... juste quelques points a mentionner neanmoins: cest dommage de ne pas fournir le linge de lit - cest encombrant et pas possible si on voyage en avion. - un micro-onde aurait ete un plus, - l'unique salle de bain est uniquement accessible par une chambre - un peu complique si on voyage avec des amis. - l'acces aux chambres se fait depuis le balcon exterieur - je ne recommanderais pas pour une famille avec des jeunes enfants. Autrement la maison est propre, typique et plein de charme.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem verwinkelten Haus. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht! Der Garten ist zum Entspannen sehr geeignet. Toll ist das Außenwohnzimmer und die Außentoilette. Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche dort. Selbst zum Schwimmen im See fährt man nur 10 min mit dem Auto.

Wir sind als Familie mit größeren Kindern angereist. Das Einchecken war problemlos wie beschrieben. Unser erster Eindruck, als wir am Abend vor dem Haus standen, war nicht so gut. Es sah schon ziemlich heruntergekommen aus. Das "Innenleben" ist sicherlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgesucht und zusammengetragen. Dennoch sollten z.b. die Tische in der Küche und Loggia mal abgeschliffen und neu bearbeitet werden, damit der objektive Betrachter sie auch schön findet. Das Gleiche mit Stühlen, die zum Teil auch aufgearbeitet werden müssten, um "schön" zu sein. Die Töpfe in der Küche sind für Gäste einfach nur unappetitlich, obwohl sie sauber sind; einfach weil sie alt sind und Macken/Flecken haben, die nicht mehr weggehen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön, das Bad sauber und funktional. Anfangs wirkt das Haus ein wenig wie ein Labyrinth, da alle Schlafzimmer eine Türe nach Aussen haben und über das Aussentreppenhaus und Balkon zu erreichen sind. Da gewöhnt man sich aber schnell dran. Es empfiehlt sich aber nur für Familien mit größeren Kindern. Wohnt man eine Weile in dem Haus, entdeckt man mehr und mehr den Charme des alten Gemäuers und sieht über die anderen Dinge bereitwilliger hinweg. Der hübsche Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und mit Kies ausgelegt. Dass der Tipp der Vermieter, alles Essbare im Haus Nagetiersicher zu verstauen, berechtigt war, hat man im Garten gesehen. Im Haus selbst sind uns keine begegnet. Wir haben auch sehr darauf geachtet, immer alle Türen zu schließen. Das Haus ist perfekt für Liebhaber , die den alten Flair zu schätzen wissen und hier und da etwas Nachsichtig sind.
