4 rooms, full sun, at the foot of the ski slopes, facing Lake Tignes in Savoie, in the sought-after area of Chemin de Crouze close to the slopes, restaurants, shops, entertainment, etc.
The living room, the 2 bedrooms and their bay windows open onto a south-facing terrace of 23 m2 offering an exceptional panoramic view of the frozen lake in winter, the snow-covered massifs of Tovière, Tuffs, Grande Motte...
For more comfort, the apartment has a windowless mountain corner with bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a play area ideal for children, a laundry room with washing machine and drying rack.
The bay windows are equipped with electric roller shutters and blackout curtains.
On the ground floor of the building is the ski locker with boot dryer and the individual closed garage for 1 car with charging socket (10 A) for hybrid car.
Linen is included in the rental.

Less than 30 m from the "CROUZE" bus stop (free shuttle) serves the villages and shops of Tignes Le Lac, Lavachet, Val Claret as well as the departures of the slopes.
The apartment is designed for 6 people, children included.
Linen is included in the rental (sheets, pillowcases, shower towels, bath mats, tea towels) as well as household products.
Tourist taxes are not included.
The apartment must be returned with the beds unmade, the dishes done, the dishwasher, the refrigerator and the trash cans emptied. The remaining cleaning is included in the rental.

We had a lovely time staying here over Christmas 2024. The apartment has incredible views and is very well located - short walk to the lifts and swimming pool. The kitchen had lots of useful utensils and it was useful having a utility room with a washing machine. It was great that a cot and high chair was provided I think the photos don't do the apartment justice as it exceeded out expectations.

We booked the apartment as wanted to return to Tignes to ski. Family of 5, 3 adult children. Apartment was clean, location very central opposite lake and 10 min walk in ski boots to bubble or Palafour chair lift-tricky at times as very icy pavements. Great that could store ski stuff at Apartment as ski shops charge a lot.
Apartment is well equipped and roomy. Nice to have proper table to eat at and comfortable sofa and tv. Not sure if I misread the details or the way Vrbo describe things is a bit misleading but things to note are the double bedroom has a shower and basin en-suite but the loo is next door and has no basin in it. The other bathroom is next to twin room but no loo. The other loo (with basin)is opposite the bunk room which has no door or windows -a curtain can be pulled to screen the beds.
Kitchen very compact, small dishwasher but good oven and fridge. More mugs would be useful and another oven shelf and baking trays. Washing machine handy and there is a drying area in the utility room.
If it was my apartment I would ensure that there were plenty of toilet rolls and kitchen roll, dish cloths and cleaning materials provided. It was nice that there was some washing up liquid and a few dish washer tablets. Bin liners would also be useful. I think that when you are charging over 2k for a week these kind of things should be there and it helps maintain the property. Also need hand towels not just 1 bath towel. Beds in twin room very narrow.
