A very cosy apartment in great location close to navette bus stop and the general Val Claret shops and bars. We were 5 adults and found that the apartment had all that we needed. We enjoyed using the balcony too.The keys had to be collected from and returned to a shop in the middle of town from a secure box

The apartment is in a great location positioned close to lifts, shops, bars and buses. We couldn’t ask for more for our extended family of 7. The underground parking was fantastic also, our LWB renault traffic even fitted.

We enjoyed this unit but really struggled with the communication with the management company. Very slow responses to questions prior to travel and then after arriving it got worse. Check in was extremely hard. You go to a lingerie shop and get the keys, if you don't speak french this will be difficult to find. The parking was terrible for the 2nd vehicle, finally gave up on it. They never did contact us for departure, be sure to know exactly when you are leaving because there is no flexibility in changing it later. The place itself was good and the owner was nice. We had to supply our own toilet paper, sponges and dishsoap. The fridge smelled like something died in it. Overall we were ok, the location was great. Just bad communication from the management company.
