Отлично местоположение към всички забележителности наоколо - Смолянски езера, Смолян, екопътека "Невястата", Пампорово, екопътека "Каньонът на водопадите". Красива природа, добре уреден и поддържан двор подходящ за игра на деца - батут, люлки, пързалки, беседки.
На няколко пъти спря водата за 5 - 10 минути без предупреждение.

La posizione del resort è fantastica, vicino ai bellissimi laghi d Smoljan, nel cuore dei monti Rodopi.Il resort è organizzato bene con tanti spazi esterni per svago, anche per bambini. Hanno organizzato anche un pranzo tipico con carne allo spiedo e musica. L' appartamento è spazioso e arredato con gusto.
Purtroppo la manutenzione nell'appartamento era un po' carente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il divano letto malfunzionante, una lampada da comodino rotta, le luci su entrambi i balconi non funzionanti. Pure l'orologio da parete aveva la batteria scarica. La proprietà ha cercato gentilmente di rimediare da remoto, ma per il prezzo pagato, il cliente non dovrebbe trovare l'alloggio in questi condizioni al suo arrivo.

The location was very nice, situated near the lakes. The apartment was spacious and had most of the things necessary for a good stay. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet during the nights.
The lack of elevator in the building but we knew this in advance.
