About this house rental
The house is spart of a small group of 4 houses, which tis built in the tradition of tuscan craftmaship with natural stone, wood and terracotta. Floor and ceilings are built with terracotta and supported by massive wooden trunks. If necessary a modern central heating keeps the house warm. There ist also an open fireplace in the living room. You can watch satellite-TV or listen to your CDs, radio or I-Pod-files with a brand-new 50-Watts SONY stereo receiver. A Wifi-device gives you access to the web, so you can keep in contact with your friends or your company. We have fast internet, ideal for online-work (Worcation). There are 3 large dining tables, one in the living room, another in the garden, third on the roof-terrace. On the ground floor you'll find a guest toilet plus a sink. On the 1st floor is the bathroom with 2nd toilet, shower and sink. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds. From bedroom 2 a staircase leads you to a large roof-terrace – ideal for a very private sunbath, or a glass of wine directly under the stars.

This is a lovely, spotlessly clean and beautiful apartment with a charming back garden and roof top terrace. We were here during a heat-wave and the apartment was like an oven. There were two mini-fans but they didn’t do much. The mosquito nets were a blessing but more fans would be helpful. The sheets were not included, which is a real hassle, and the ones that we paid extra for would Benefit from upgrading. Petra and Thomas are helpful, accommodating, and generous, and left us with a lovely bottle of wine and great suggestions of activities in the area. Thanks for sharing your home!

Die Übergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt im liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus. Vor allem im wunderschönen kleinen Garten. Die Bewohner des kleinen Ortes waren sehr freundlich. Auch die vom Besitzer mitgeteilten Empfehlungen fanden wir super. Vor allem der Abend bei Luigi mit leckerem Essen, gutem Wein und sensationellem Olivenöi.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in dem sehr kleinen idyllischen Bergdorf Caldana. Im Dorf findet man nette kleine Bars, einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants. Mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in den nahegelegenen größeren Orten.
Das Haus selbst ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Reihenhäuschen, dass keine Wünsche offen läßt. Die freundlichen Vermieter geben zusätzlich umfangreiche Informationen und Empfehlungen in der Umgebung mit, was sehr hilfreich ist.
Jederzeit wieder.., sehr zu empfehlen..
