The property is arranged on a reverse-level basis to take full advantage of the view from the 30ft first floor living room. A superb, open-plan dual aspect room, it enjoys a wonderful feeling of space with ample natural light and estuary views from all areas of the living space through glazed doors which open on to a wonderful timber decked balcony. From here, panoramic estuary views are enjoyed. The balcony has an awning and, being south-west facing, it enjoys the sun for all of the day and is a fabulous spot for al-fresco dining.
Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, a double room overlooking the water front, with a
super king-sized bed, and a twin room.
There is a bath and shower room downstairs and a shower room upstairs.

The position is great, being next door to the very popular Crabshell Inn which is great for coffee in the morning, lunch & dinner and they will deliver food to the Boathouse. Being next door there will be noise from time to time, but they will always be as considerate as possible and we have a great relationship with them.
There is also a paddle board school on the quay, this is very popular and we recommend it to all guests.
The property also has a mooring that is available as an option on request.
