Terrific location near the Edgeware Road tube station, well managed, and they immediately sent a worker to fix a leak under the bathroom sink.
Photos make the rooms appear much larger than they actually are. Also the hot water tank is very small and ran out before two people could take super quick and short showers.
The three bedrooms are stacked along one side and share walls, so not much privacy.
Kitchen has the bare minimum of pans and utensils.

1) Communication was off to a rocky start when I asked about how payment is made. I was told I received a link to confirm payment. I did not submit payment until 2 days prior to check-in. At this point, the property management team seems irritated that I had not paid even though I told them multiple times I never received a link.
2) Check-in: process was a bit difficult considering I had to wait for someone to drop the key off. I feel as though the process could have been much more efficient.
3) Location: When walking from Marylebone station, it was a pleasant walk. The neighborhood does seem to change a bit. It is very centrally located. I did feel mostly safe. Quick to get to Edgware station and about 16 min from Paddington. The shops on Oxford St and Bond St are about 10-12 min walk. We did witness a pickpocket targeting a family while on Bond Street. I would say this is very common in most EU/UK cities.
4) Cleanliness: There were a few problems with cleanliness.
- The place could use a mopping. Our feet and socks were black from the floors.
- Showers/bathrooms received a “landlord special” with everything being painted a very nasty gold color
- Mildew and mold buildup in showers
- Linens appeared dusty and musty
5) Hot Water: We had multiple issues with hot water. We contacted the property owners multiple times. They said they would call and send someone out. No one called me. The man that arrived to give us the key came to check the hot water. Terrible help.
