Our stay was absolutely exceptional, and Sabrina was a huge part of what made the experience so memorable. From the moment we arrived, she met us at the meeting point and had a porter ready to assist with our luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated as we were travelling with two large suitcases and two cabin-sized carry-ons. The location itself was outstanding, with breathtaking views that truly made the stay special. The hot spa overlooking the scenery was a definite highlight and an experience we will not forget. Sabrina went above and beyond in every way, organising our tours + internal transfers, cruise, breakfast arrangements, and recommending amazing places to eat. Her local knowledge and attention to detail made everything effortless for us. Her customer service was truly exceptional, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She exceeded all of our expectations, and we are so grateful for her warmth, professionalism, and care. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

The room that we had was fabolous, we really enjoyed the location, the hot tub and room was huge for the two of us. Sabrina was awesome and also the free breakfast was good.
