In a peaceful hamlet surrounded by verdant fields and near the forest, this renovated farmhouse offers a haven of tranquility in the Berry region. It is ideally located near the Pellevoisin Sanctuary, the Château d'Argy, and the charming village of Palluau-sur-Indre. You can also explore the Brenne Regional Natural Park with its ponds and rich biodiversity.
Don't miss: the Beauval Zoo, the Haute Touche Animal Park, as well as the Châteaux of Valençay, Bouges, and those along the Loire River. This charming, single-story house features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a sofa bed for two. It also has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. There is also a second shower room with a toilet.
Outside, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a garden and enclosed courtyard, as well as a garage and parking. Baby equipment is available, such as a travel cot, high chair, toilet seat reducer, and baby bath. Bed linen and towels can be rented upon request for individuals and are mandatory for professionals.
Garden furniture and a gas barbecue are at your disposal.

Un accueil chaleureux, la location est très bien équipée et très propre. Nous sommes arrivés un jour de pluie, le lendemain nous avons pu apprécier le paysage environnement avec un beau soleil. Location située à moins d'une demi heure du ZooParc de Beauval, c'était très appréciable de retrouver le calme après la journée dans la foule du parc. Une adresse à retenir que je conseille sans hésiter.
