LA BERGERIE: Charming Tuffeau stone house, ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people, for 2 couples, or 1 couple (all on the ground for 1 couple) fully restored, in order to spend a relaxing or tourist stay among the Loire's castles.

We are 8 minutes from Loches, 20 minutes from Chenonceau, 30 minutes from Amboise, 35 minutes from Azay le rideau, 50 minutes from Chinon, 40 minutes from Tours, many other castles and cellars for amateurs to discover…
For your leisure:
Large, completely independent land, not overlooked in front of the gite with porch
in the village (500m away) playground with basketball hoop, large soccer field and small ramp for skateboarding or rollerblading;
in the neighboring village (3 km), large playground with basketball court, play structure, tennis court;
In Loches (8 km) natural swimming pool and slide (Naturéo) and wellness center (Les Bains Douches) with hammam, sauna, thalasso pool;
We are also 45 minutes from the Futuroscope in Poitiers, 45 minutes from the Beauval zoo and many other nearby activities (karting, golf ...)
To welcome you to this 70 m2 gîte, everything has been designed to make your life easier and for your comfort with real beds (no sofa bed):
On the ground floor:
-kitchen open to living room with: ceramic hob with 4 burners, microwave, combined grill, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils and cookware, dishes, senso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, small starter kit (trash bag , dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee).
-meal corner consisting of a large table that can accommodate 5 place settings, view of the countryside and magnificent tufa stone fireplace (not functional) (stove only decorative)
- living room with: TV (TNT satellite channels), CD and DVD player, sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee tables, CD, books, magazines at your disposal.
-bedroom for 2 with 2 canopy single beds, a shelf unit, a clothes rack, an armchair, a desk, view of the countryside through the small French window.
-Shower room with wc.
-Staircase leading to a 2nd bedroom.
Upstairs :
-Open and attic room with a XVIIth century frame preserved and restored: 140x190 bed, 90x180 bed, desk, 1 chair, clothes rack, chest of drawers, shelf, dressing table.
Independent terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and hammock, overlooking a large private plot with swing, small shelters.
Heating, internet and tourist tax included in the rental price.
Small to medium sized animal accepted on request with 45 € supplement for the duration of the stay.
Optional: bed linen (10 € / bed), bathroom linen (5 € / person), end of stay cleaning (45 €).

La bergerie est un gîte de caractère, plutôt agréable.
Vaisselle très propre, un peu sobre cependant: il serait judicieux d'ajouter une marmite. C'est là le seul bémol.

Jolie maison située dans un cadre superbe au calme en pleine nature, amoureux des espaces verts des petits déjeuner au milieu des champs n'hésitez pas c'est parfait.

On recommande les yeux fermés!

maisonnette idéale pour 4 personnes, équipée correctement.
seul bémol location des draps élevée et les draps sentaient la fumée.
