La Ferme des Praz Apartment is a large well-located Chamonix apartment sleeping 8 with 4 bedrooms (3 twin / double and 1 bunk bedroom) and is situated adjacent to the Flégère Cable car in Les Praz, just 2.5km from Chamonix itself. There are two bathrooms and one additional WC. La Ferme des Praz Apartment has a large, open-plan living room centred around a log fire, dining table and chairs to seat 8, and a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a TV with French & some international channels and a DVD/Blueray player with access to Netflix. There is a large balcony that stretches along the length of the apartment and is accessed via two of the bedrooms and the lounge also. The balcony of this Chamonix apartment overlooks the golf course and you can also check out the Flégère cable car from there. There is plenty of public parking available at the Flégère cable car and in the surrounding area too. In the basement of the building there is a ski locker, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

Lovely clean and comfortable appartement in a very good location close to the lift and ski bus. Nice quiet village with, but very good bars and restaurants. Customer services when we had to ring them were extremely helpful.

The location is perfect, walk to gondola, bus, train, cafes in a couple of minutes.
The apartment was very comfortable for our family group of 6 adults. Whilst not spectacular mountain views from inside, nice windows looking out on the street from 2nd floor (Brits would call it 1st floor, ie one up from ground), though the bunk room only has a window to the apartment stairwell, not the outside proper, so less bright and ventilated than the other three bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped - we cooked 7 breakfasts and 2 suppers with ease. The lounge/dining is full of solid furniture so feels cramped, but was fine. Laundry doubles as a ski room, ski boots dried there with the boiler, unless they were extremely wet (yay we had a couple of powder days). Parking right across the street was mostly easy, be aware that the Flegere car park is so small that during lift-running hours it overflows to the surrounding streets.
Cham All Year team is excellent, great communication and sent their very good maintenance man one evening to fix a heating glitch. Just a couple of penny pinching items let them down, perhaps specific to this apartment owner: the heating was off when we arrived and the apartment very cold, no real instructions on how to ignite it - CAY should drop by the day before to turn on and warm things up. The wifi was woeful 4Mbs day and night. CAY claimed that this was due to congestion in a busy Chamonix week, but if that were so then middle of the night 2-4am it would improve, but it didn't. The owner simply needs to pay for a decent plan. We drained all our mobile data plans.
I would rent the apartment again. I would definitely rent with CAY again, they were excellent.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location just opposite Flegere Tele-Cabin. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay in Chamonix La Praz. Chamonix All Year were excellent in arranging our Ski Hire at short notice and communication with them was very efficient and seamless. Will definitely recommend both Chamonix All Year and the apartment.

Property is very far out of Chamonix centre and bus service stops at 8pm. Very difficult to access apres ski even on NYE. Unfriendly neighbours. Very little help/info from Rep, left waiting for a while outside property on arrival despite giving good notice of arrival time.
