- Beautiful garden with lots of flowers and plenty of chairs, benches & table
- Spacious Kitchen/Diner
- Comfortable bedrooms
- Quiet location, except lots of tractors & lorries going down the lane during the daytime, but we were out exploring, so didn't bother us.
- Spiral, very steep & very narrow staircase, not suitable for people with mobility issues (photo added)
- Low ceilings downstairs, so not ideal for taller people
- Shower plumbing is not ideal as have to run sink tap at same time to get hot water, but is a known issue.
- Non-stick Pots & pans with metal utensils don't go together, so we found only one pot not scratched!
- Side gate doesn't close properly, so we used a brick to wedge it closed at night.

a lovely traditional cottage with lovely features, a nice size garden (a nice sun trap). A lovely pub just a 200 yards away that served excellent food, & a great location to explore this area of the country
the only little issue was the shower, though instructions were given it was a little tempremental and was either too hot or to cold

Lovely cottage in a peaceful location. Lots to do and see within a short drive. Local walks for the dogs. The cottage has everything you need. Would definitely visit again.
The stairs would be very difficult for some people. It would be helpful if there was more information in the property folder ie where's the nearest place to purchase logs for the fire etc. It would also be a nice gesture to be able yo use the logs for the fire on the first night for free. Small welcome pack would also be helpful as there are no local shops to purchase milk ect
